Resilience Education consists of virtual and in-person trainings and workshops that bring the benefits of neuroscientific research to your audience, whether that be a patient group in your primary care or specialty practice, or a staff team looking to boost productivity and collaboration.

Resilience Psychotherapy is available for individual clients in California, addressing the underlying emotional aspects of personal resilience using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.  Now offering specialized support for climate resilience & addressing anxieties related to climate change.
